We provide intake call center, lead follow-up, and contract intake services for law firms. When you contact us through this website or through a campaign we operate on behalf of a law firm, your information is handled in accordance with this privacy policy.

12. Why It Matters

Phone numbers that appear on these web pages may be numbers we own and have provided to a law firm for tracking purposes. Your phone call is typically connected directly to the law firm, however there are some scenarios where the call may be answered by our intake team on behalf of the law firm. We store information about phone calls — such as time/day, caller ID, duration, and marketing tracking details — in accordance with this privacy policy. If a web page has a questionnaire form, the information submitted using that form is emailed directly to the law firm and may also be emailed to our company.

13. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in via our contact form, you agree to receive notification and confirmation SMS messages from Intake On Demand at the phone number you provided. Messaging frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. We do not share SMS opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
